THE PARK

Based within the 19th century exclusive park estate This former Victorian flat conversion was small and needed additional space which proved difficult from a  planning standpoint.

We were constrained by some of Nottingham's strictest planning laws in which to completely satisfy the client, planning officer and neighbours. We obtained bricks from both salvage and specialist reproduction suppliers in order to blend the newly added extension with the original house and added a glass mono-pitch roof which has a super light frame which acted almost invisibly on the side of the house.

We added a high spec kitchen, natural materials  and French style patio doors onto the garden space adding more light and finesse to a truly entertaining space.
