Asked to upgrade and reconfigure the layout, this scheme was completely gutted, reconfigured and landscaped with all its regulations brought right into the 21st century. Modern communications, security, and thermal values were all improved to make this more than just a bungalow.

 

We added sustainability in the form of an internal thermal jacket, underfloor heating, wet-room, solar panels and vaulted ceiling.

The landscaping was particularly complex with the site risen on a corner plot where the street is curved and on a hill. We installed modern gabion baskets faced with Derbyshire slate.
