Asked to fully upgrade and reconfigure the layout, this scheme was completely stripped back and reconfigured. This Victorian terrace in the heart of Nottingham was very tired and in need of urgent updating.

 

We added sustainability in the form of a CHP system combined with a wood burner. Classic touches of contemporary modern combine beautifully with traditional vernacular.

The result is a truly modern home for the 21st century where simple design brings together the quality and finesse to create a beautiful calm and functional space.
