Asked to upgrade and restyle this single bedroom contemporary Georgian style duplex flat. The brief for this scheme was to give the impression of more space. We therefore began to reconfigure and create a quality well-designed open plan usable space which allowed light to open up the limited space available.

 

We removed much of the downstairs walls to open up the space and allow the light to flood through.

The upstairs was given a contemporary feel with the use of visible bare brick and quality glass finish.
