Uprading and reconfigure this layout required a total fresh approach, this scheme was completely gutted, reconfigured and extended into the loft space. We litterally rebuild this once derrelict property with all its regulations brought right into the 21st century. Modern communications, security, and thermal values were all improved to make this more than just a country cottage.

We added sustainability in the form of an internal thermal jacket, underfloor heating, wet-room, solar panels With a CHP system for energy conservatiion that brings in a cosy warmth whenever and wherever needed!
